We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Environmental Scientist with 7–15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry to join our Houston team. This is a doer-seller role for a proven professional who can develop business, lead projects, and execute technical work. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, understands how to grow accounts, and takes pride in delivering high-quality environmental solutions.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the Texas Gulf Coast market while working on complex and impactful projects across a range of environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, pursue, and win new business through existing client relationships and new market opportunities
- Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to clients
- Lead and manage environmental projects from proposal through execution and closeout
- Prepare and oversee proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets
- Perform and oversee technical work, including data evaluation, reporting, and regulatory coordination
- Mentor and support junior staff and contribute to team development
- Collaborate with leadership to support regional growth strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–15 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Demonstrated doer-seller experience with a track record of business development success
- Strong project management experience, including budget and schedule responsibility
- Solid understanding of Texas and federal environmental regulations
- Excellent communication, writing, and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience managing and growing client accounts
- Familiarity with industrial, energy, manufacturing, or commercial clients
- Professional licensure (or ability to obtain) is a plus
